Numerous improvements:
New Hud
New Scoreboard with ratings
/advert and /ad work now.
/burnself command.
/jackpot deposit lowered to 2500. Will probably adjust the timing so that everyone has a better chance at entering and allowing caps to get higher.
2 Dumpsters have been placed, One by spawn and one by nexus. It's able to be accessed by hobo, hobo lord and citizen.
We're working on a couple bugs atm. Will push an update to squash them tomorrow.
Finally fixed hats from breaking due to a slight oversight.
