1. Nolag command no longer targets vehicles
   
2. ENoLag command added which freezes everything, even vehicles.
   
3. Donuts can now be pocketed
   
4. Changed the way computer system handles "encoding" and "decoding" (e.g. deciphers the numbers given to steamid)
   
5. Changed the way the ID system calculates your ID
   
6. If there is a supervisor on, the warrant goes to them instead of the mayor. If there is no supervisor, it will go to the mayor. If neither are present, the warrant will go through.
   
7. Added logging for Warrant accepts and warrant denies
   
8. User props updated to 65, vip to 80
   
9. You can now use license plates into the computer to get the owner
   
10. Extremely barebones bans site is up @ NSG Bans (neverstopgaming.co)
    
11. Changed arrest times so that karma cannot instantly release you. Minimum jail times (regardless of karma) are set at 30 seconds.
    
12. Fixed a bug where the Adminchatted hook runs even if the player is not an admin
    
13. Fixed a bug where keypad cracking would remove karma when aiming at a player or when you were far away at a keypad
    
14. Fixed a bug where cops would lose karma on arrest
