Here's an update or something.

1. Computer system for license plates now supports lowercase
   
2. Players who start connecting will print now in chat (rather than just on fully loaded in)
   
3. Disconnections will now show disconnect reason and works differently backend.
   
4. Player connections will now show STEAM_NAME has connected. Last known as RPNAME, instead of vice versa.
   
5. Updated inventory system and handcuffs to latest versions and some very slight karma changes to it.
   
6. Buying VIP in donations should properly work now.
   
7. Fixed a bug where the Qcomputer hud showed when not in the vehicle
   
8. getmoney command now works for all users, previously set to mod only.

10. Removed the aerial ladder and added 3 new fire vehicles (Engine, ladder, pumper/tanker). File size sits at 2.0 GB.
    
11. Slight optimizations to the dual siren system.
